Each valid postal entry will receive one (1) entry into the selected competition.

Each entry has an equal chance of winning, regardless of whether it was submitted by post or online.

Competitions close in accordance with the rules set out in the How to Play and FAQs sections of the website.

How to enter by post

1. Send your entry on a single postcard only (no envelope) to:

The postcard must clearly include all of the following information:

• Your full name
• Your full postal address
• A valid email address
• A contact telephone number
• The exact name of the competition you wish to enter

2. Entries sent in envelopes, on folded paper, printed sheets, or in any format other than a single postcard will not be accepted.
3. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, or unclear will not be accepted.

Multiple entries

• You may submit multiple postal entries for the same competition.
• Each entry must be submitted on a separate postcard.
• Where multiple entries are submitted together on a single postcard, or within the same envelope or package, they will be treated as one (1) entry only.

Timing of postal entries

• Postal entries must be received before the competition closes, as explained in the How to Play and FAQs sections.
• Entries received after the competition has closed will not be entered into the draw.
• Late entries will not be carried forward, credited, or entered into any alternative competition.

Account requirement

• To process and allocate postal entries, entrants must have a registered account on the website.
• Creating an account is free and does not require a purchase.
• The details provided on the postcard must match the details on the registered account.
• Postal entries received without a corresponding registered account, or without a saved postal address, cannot be processed.
• Once a valid postal entry has been processed, the allocated entry number will be confirmed by email.

General

• Free postal entries are treated in the same way as paid entries.
• The method of entry does not affect the chance of winning.
• By submitting a postal entry, you confirm that you are eligible to enter and agree to the full Terms and Conditions.
